Are you planning your first visit to A Summer Smile? If so, we can’t wait to meet you! Our team loves seeing new faces around our office. We understand that it can be nerve-wracking going to a new dentist for the first time. If you’re feeling nervous about what to expect for your first visit, we’ve laid out what your initial appointment will entail and what to bring, so you can feel prepared!
Your First Visit
At your initial visit, you can expect to spend about an hour with us. While this may seem long, it’s because we take the time to get to know you as a person as well as go over your dental history, smile goals, and any concerns you may have. We believe that fostering strong patient-doctor relationships is the key to providing optimal care that leaves our patients looking and feeling great.
What to Bring
In addition to bringing your beautiful smile, we also recommend that you fill out your new patient forms ahead of time. This will help speed along your check-in process and give you more time to enjoy our complimentary patient amenities before your appointment begins. We also ask that our insured patients bring an up-to-date insurance card, so we can scan it and have it available on file.
